Emma Murl "Sis" Nickens was the fourth child of Seaborn James Nickens and Francis Matilda Ficklin She was born 08Apr, 1910 at Galvez, Ascension Parish, La. She married Eugene Baxter "Gene' McMorris (date unknown). Gene was born 21Jan, 1906 at Denham Springs, Livingston Parish, La. He was the son of Johnny B. McMorris and Clemmie Galloway. Emma Murl died the 29Dec, 1984 and is buried in Denham Springs Memorial Cemetery, Denham Springs, Liv. Parish, La. Gene died 29Jan, 1990 and is also buried in Denham Springs Memorial Cemetery.
