Sebell or Sible Marchand was the fourth child of Edna Abigail Nickens and Joseph Nicholas Marchand. She was listed 1910 Census at age 3. She is not listed in the 1920 Census. Sebell was born 13 Mar, 1906, a twin to Sidonia. She lived about nine years. There is not any burial information about Sebell.
