Pearl Lillian Nickens was the first child of Henry Nickens and Julia Elizabeth Collins. She was born 23 Feb, 1889 in Ascension Parish, La. On 03 Feb, 1910 Pearl married Joseph Preston McCrory at Donaldsonville. "Press" was the son of Byrd H. McCrory and Florence Blanche White. He was born 17 Mar, 1880 at Sunshine, Iberville Parish, La. Press died 27 Dec, 1956 and is buried at Park Hill Cemetery, Columbus, Ga. Pearl died 09 Jan, 1975 and is also buried at Park Hill Cemetery, Columbus, Ga.
