John McCain was born 06 Jul, 1906 at Bolivar, Tangipahoa Parish, La.. John died 21 Nov, 1988 and was cremated and buried in the Garden at the Episcopal Church, Gulf Breeze, Fl. Fay died 12 Aug, 1990 and was also cremated and buried at the Garden at the Episcopal Church, Gulf Breeze, Fl.
