Daniel L Dixon was the third child of Elizabeth D Nickens and John Perot Dixon. He was born 20 Mar, 1890 in Galvez, Ascension Parish, La. Daniel married Adeline Helen Husson 25 Apr, 1925 in New Orleans Parish, La. She was the daughter of Joseph George Husson and Helen Eugenia Bachman. On 29 Oct, 1901 Adeline was born in New Orleans, La. Daniel died 09 Dec, 1976 and is buried in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Prairieville, Ascension Parish, La. Adeline died 24 May, 1988 at Orlando, Orange County, Fl. and is also buried in Mt. Zion Cemetery. They were longtime residents of Galvez.
