Curtis Lee Causey, Sr. was the fifth child of Frances Bellezora Nickens and Clarence Lee Causey. He was born 11 Oct, 1914 at Brittany, Ascension Parish, La. He married Elizabeth "Bessie" Landry in 1935, exact date and place unknown. Bessie was born 28 Feb, 1918 at Gonzales, Ascension Parish, La. She was the daughter of Frank and Matile Terrio Landry. Curtis Lee died 03 Aug, 1959. He is buried in St. Theresa of Avila Catholic Church Cemetery at Gonzales. Elizabeth remarried to Phillip Mackey. Phillip was born 03 Dec, 1923 at Gonzales, Ascension Parish, La. He died Jun, 1979 and is buried in St Theresa of Avila Catholic Church Cemetery. She died 13 Jan, 2004. She is also buried in St. Theresa of Avila Catholic Church Cemetery.
